These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Suzyseela website, dashboard, and video editing services (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Overview and Changes

Suzyseela provides project-based video editing services. You select a package or custom quote, submit your footage and brief, and we deliver edited videos in line with that scope. We may update or modify these Terms, our packages, or our pricing from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and may provide additional notice where required by law. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Billing and Orders

When you place an order for a package or custom project, you agree to pay the quoted amount using one of the available payment methods. Charges are generally one-time payments per package or project, unless we explicitly state otherwise in a separate written agreement.

• Payment is typically required upfront before editing work begins.
• Once work has started on your order, fees are generally non-refundable, except in the limited circumstances described in our Refund Policy.
• If a payment cannot be processed, we may delay or pause work until payment is successfully completed.

3. Turnaround and Revisions

Estimated delivery times for each package are provided for planning purposes but are not guaranteed. Actual turnaround depends on the complexity of the project, the volume of footage, and the number of revisions requested.

• We will communicate expected timelines and keep you informed if we anticipate delays.
• The number of included revision rounds, if any, will be specified in the package description or your quote. Additional revisions beyond that scope may incur extra charges.
• Suzyseela is not designed as a same-hour or emergency service. While we aim for fast delivery, timelines remain estimates.

4. Content and Acceptable Use

You are responsible for all content, footage, and materials you submit to Suzyseela. You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use and share that content with us.

• You agree not to submit content that is illegal, hateful, abusive, harassing, pornographic, or that infringes the rights of others.
• We may refuse or remove projects that, in our sole discretion, violate these Terms or could harm our team, our users, or our reputation.

5. Intellectual Property

As between you and Suzyseela, you retain ownership of your original content and raw assets. When you submit content to us, you grant Suzyseela a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, adapt, and modify that content solely for the purpose of providing the Services and improving your deliverables.

Suzyseela retains all rights in and to our platform, processes, tools, templates, branding, and proprietary know-how. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, you receive a license to use the final edited deliverables for your business or personal use, but you do not acquire ownership of our underlying systems or intellectual property.

6. No Guarantee of Results; No Refunds for Creative Preference

Editing and creative work are subjective. We will make reasonable efforts to align with your brand, style preferences, and feedback, but we cannot guarantee a specific creative outcome, audience response, or business result.

Dissatisfaction based solely on creative taste or strategy does not constitute a breach of these Terms and does not entitle you to a refund or credit, unless we are required to provide one under applicable law.

7. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you have a concern about billing or service, we encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue. Initiating a chargeback without giving us an opportunity to address the concern may be treated as a breach of these Terms.

We may provide documentation to the payment provider showing your use of the Services, acceptance of these Terms, and our communications with you. We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account in the event of an unresolved chargeback.

8. Non-Solicitation of Suzyseela Team

To protect our team and operations, you agree not to directly hire, contract, or solicit Suzyseela editors or other team members for work outside the platform while you have an active subscription and for a period of 12 months after your subscription ends, unless we give written permission. If you wish to work with a team member directly, contact us to discuss an appropriate arrangement.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Suzyseela disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the extent permitted by law, Suzyseela will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of or relating to your use of the Services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising under these Terms will not exceed the amount you have paid to Suzyseela for the Services in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Suzyseela and its owners, employees, and contractors from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your content; (b) your use of the Services; or (c) your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your primary country of operation for the Suzyseela contract entity you transact with, without regard to conflict of law rules. If no specific governing law is required by local consumer protection rules, these Terms will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Suzyseela is organized.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that same jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

12. Refund Policy

Because Suzyseela provides professional services and reserves production time and team capacity for each order, fees are generally non-refundable once work has started on a project. This means we do not issue refunds or credits solely due to changes of mind, preference shifts, or lack of use after we have begun working on your footage.

If you believe you have been charged in error (for example, duplicate charges or an incorrect amount), please contact us promptly with details of the charge. We will investigate and, where we confirm an error, correct it which may include issuing a refund or credit at our discretion or where required by applicable law.
